Liposomal, niosomal and micro/nano-emulsions structures improve the stability and tissue absorption of active ingredients, providing protection against degradation and improved resistance to changes in temperature, pH and enzymatic effect.
Liposomes
Liposomes are closed vesicles formed by one or more double layers of phospholipids, ideal for improving the stability and absorption of active ingredients.
Niosomes
Niosomes are vesicles made up of non-ionic surfactants, used to increase the stability of compounds.
Micro/nano-emulsions
Micro/nano-emulsions are thermodynamically stable systems of micro/nano-metric size, where the oil is dispersed in the continuous phase of water (o/w) due to the effect of surfactants, including phospholipids. They offer a bio availability and significantly increased absorption rate.
