 This “Privacy Policy” has been drawn up in order to inform you of the purposes and methods of collection, use and any other type of processing of personal data and information (hereinafter: “personal data”) that you provide, voluntarily or not, through this site. We therefore ask you to read this “Privacy Policy” very carefully before providing any data to this site. 

Acceptance of the Privacy Policy


Browsing through the pages of the site or any sending of personal data through collection forms implies your acceptance of this Privacy Policy and therefore of the processing of your personal data provided by you in accordance with the Privacy Policy itself.

Active data collection 


Like many other websites, this site may collect data from its users, allowing you to communicate directly with us via email or collection forms. This information relates to the collection of your personal data by e-mail or collection form (contact page). There are currently no activities that may require you to provide personal data necessary to enable access to specific areas or services. At the time of any request by us for your data through these activities, you will be provided with appropriate information on the processing and will be specifically indicated which of these data are necessary to access the service and which are optional.

Passive data collection

Purposes and Methods of Data Processing

Pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, we inform you that the personal data you provide to the website will be processed, including with the aid of electronic tools, according to logics related to the purposes outlined below:

  1. purposes strictly connected and necessary to execute your request for information;
  2. purposes strictly necessary for the execution of the services offered on the site, including what is necessary for the proper functioning of the site;
  3. purposes necessary to fulfil an obligation provided for by law, by a regulation or by EU legislation such as, by way of example, drug vigilance, health protection, protection of public order, detection and repression of crimes.

Subjects to whom the data may be communicated

With limited reference to the purposes referred to in points 1) and 2), your data may be communicated to our Suppliers and to the company OFFHEALTH, designated as Data Processors by the Data Controller.

Finally, with regard to the purposes referred to in point 3), your data will be communicated exclusively to those subjects who have the right to receive them based on the legal obligations that exist on the part of the Data Controller.

Data dissemination


The data collected by our site are not subject to dissemination, unless your prior and specific consent will be requested in the times and in the ways provided for by law.

Legal basis of the processing

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data collected through this site, for the purposes referred to in point 1), is provided by art. 6 paragraph 1 letter (b) of Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), as the processing is necessary to process your request.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data collected through this site, for the purposes referred to in point 2) is provided by art. 6 paragraph 1 letter (f) of Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), in application of the legitimate interest of the company to adequately manage the website.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data for the purposes referred to in point 3) is the need to comply with a legal obligation, pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter (c) of the Regulation.

Consent to processing


For the processing envisaged by this site, described above, your consent is neither required nor necessary.

Retention of personal data

Your personal data are recorded in paper and electronic archives located at the Company’s registered office and at the headquarters of the parent company OFFHEALTH S.p.A. and in remote electronic archives, using the so-called “cloud” technology allocated on servers installed within the European Union. 

They will be kept for the time necessary to carry out the purposes indicated above and for a maximum of four years from the last contact with you, unless you have previously requested cancellation.

Any tax and tax data will be kept for the period of ten years provided for by law. 

Rights provided for by art. 15 et seq. Regulation

We remind you that Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation give you the following rights:

(i) to obtain confirmation of the existence of ongoing or non-ongoing processing of your personal data at NIOLIP S.r.l.; to know its purposes; to know what categories of personal data are subject to it and, where possible, how long it will be stored; who are the recipients; to request the rectification or erasure of the same data, the limitation of processing or to oppose it or to revoke consent; to know its origin if collected from third parties; to know whether there is an automated decision-making process on these (e.g. profiling) as well as its logic and consequences;

(ii) to be informed in the event of the transfer of their data to a non-European country and if there are adequate safeguards. 

(iii) to obtain a copy of their data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format as well as the possibility of transmitting them, directly or through NIOLIP S.r.l. to another data controller (so-called right to data portability pursuant to Article 20 of the Regulation).

If you believe that your rights have been violated by OFFHEALTH S.p.A., you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data and/or other competent supervisory authority pursuant to the Regulation.
